For me, without cleo, nothing changed, map still circle but with some words on it. After install cleo, all is good. U can try to install cleo 4: http://cleo.li/ and see the change. Nothing will destroy if u install cleo. For me it works

I needed cleo 4 to get any asi type mod to work. You also need an ASI loader to get the V_HUD_by_DK22Pac.asi to work properly to begin with. The vhud asi  goes in your game directory with the exe, as well as, the gta v hud folder.

so i installed cleo 4, and now it doesnt even open, it just crashes

Nothing will destroy if u install cleo. For me it works
