Specs, i can run the game. HDD is fine. I need a new one anyway. Might just get some more SSD's in RAID. Rockstar Editor sounds like the one GTA IV has. Its fucking terrible.

Just need a bit better cpu (currently at 3.6ghz) and I will be better than recommended and maybe another 4gb ram stick. oh and a 120-200gb ssd

I think my laptop could run it, it runs GTA IV fine, just hoping it will run GTA V on atleast 30 fps.

Dont assume youll get 120mbps when you download it. Everyone else will as well so (y) it has to slowly get distributed to all the steam servers and whatnot.
