Don't think such a thing could be made, unless you drew WC and MC in yourself or someone else did.

no clue what you mean when you say "that affects WC and MC"  only real way to see them and know how to get around is study the map, this one is a good one:

The one that linked there is not showing gang zones so it's not showing WC and MC (maybe it will but not in the current version). The older "gta5 skin for gta4 hud" works with MC and WC: http://www.gtainside.com/en/download.php?do=comments&cat=322&id=56037
