Proof:
I first met this guy in Wetcounty. He came and tried to ram me off the road and keep chasing me all the way down to Las Venturas. After a while he started to annoy me and I notice that he might was ramming me intentionally in order to provoke that my cop license is being removed for ramming. Unfortunatetly a admin was off-duty that time so he couldn't observe this event. But after he kept annoying me I decided to report, also to defend my cop license because I feel that he is trying to get it removed by creating several false-crashs and blaming me for that.

your third picture isnt a valid link as it has edit on the end.. and I dont think its enough to warn over only what he said in the 4th picture (which is really the only relevant proof you have)
