What actually was happening:
No need to beg Unlocking IP, if I want I can change my IP, my brother knows very well how to do this, but you have to understand that I did not use hacker. You should organize more, several players ready to impunity and punish those who should not come!

Was on the border of Los Santos and San Fierro, was on a fast vehicle, at high speed, lost control of the car and falls into the sea next to the aeroport of SF, when I started I took the ban to nothing. working, each delivery that do cost around 8.000 to 12.000! You can look in your system, what they are doing is wrong!

Server logs show that you fueled your car 30 seconds before 'cheating' for $10,000 which came from nowhere.
This proves to me you cheated, as the server didnt not record you doing any work or receiving money from another player.
Ban appeal rejected, do not post again.
