Mouse bug (pc related not gta)

So whenever I go fullscreen in ANY game my mouse cursor disappears, when I play my browser fps and I ads with rmb it does right click and goes out of fullscreen, any ideas on how to fix this? it started happening I think when I got my gta to work or when I got my screen replaced

Do you have any of the pointer options on? like
hide pointer while typeing
display pointer trails

If I have an idea where the cursor is I can select stuff with it, but I can't visually see the cursor itself

If you have windoge 7 try going Control Panel > Mouse > Pointers (tab in mouse window) > Switch to (none)
Also try uncheck pointer shadow in that same window on the same tab^
Or switch windows 7 theme to windows basic or classic..
Or update graphics drivers.

Done all that, it says all drivers are up to date, there was no kind of update before it started happening I believe

alt + enter twice(i think it should work, it worked when i lost my curson on sims 3 when going fullscreen)

edit: although it doesn't show the game's cursor texture, it shows windows cursor textur, but it does still work, and it might just not go off the screen(i.e stay in the middle)

It worked for one game but it was only because it put it to windowed mode, all other games minimize and then re-open with no changes. And the mouse doesn't stay in the middle of the screen because after doing alt+enter on the one game and it went back to fullscreen when it would hover over a button the cursor image would flicker and I could move it around to select things

if you are still haveing trouble with try this file http://www.mediafire.com/download/v6yyh6euo1da3vl/DINPUT8.rar unpack the rar and place the file in your games main folder also dont forget to scan it just in case. i have yet to try it since i dont have this problem i also scanned the file and it was clean but still scan useing your programs.
