He said "Fututi morti tai" but correctly is "Futu-ţi morţii tăi"  which means "Fuck your dead people" and it is a heavy insult in Romania.

Warn or 7 day ban more sufficient?

A 7 day ban is too much.Go for a warn or a 3 day ban.
