I confirm that the above information is correct, the proof was not tampered with and I did not aggravate or provoke player to break rules. I also confirm proof was taken recently (14 days max)

You accidentally rammed each other and it probably damaged his truck quite a bit, although revenge ramming is not allowed, I don't feel like a warn is necessary here. I will verbally warn him instead.
