Ability to repark vehicles within club base for club leaders.

Suggested numerous times but never got rejected/accepted. I'll give it a last try. 

So. As people park anywhere in club not following club parking. They do it either
1) Intentionally( they like or prefer that space for parking their vehicles or it is convenient for them. OR
2) By mistake( they dont know parking rule or maybe they were in hurry so they parked like that.
OR maybe some random reason.

But because of vehicles parked in random ways/wrongly parked, the base looks messly and occupied.

The solution of this problem is:
1) Clamp vehicle.
2) Reapark them with the help of Admins/Moderators.

Some clubs prefer not to clamp vehicles.

So, I suggest that club leaders should be able to repark vehicles. Or maybe some another rank or something ? Only selected club leaders can repark not all. Founder can choose those club leaders.
And if a leader reparks a vehicle it should be displayed in club log ( If possible).

As some of you will say it can be abused. You can see in club log who reparked whose vehicle, so it wont be a problem. You can ask him why he reparked your vehicle or report him if he does it for no reason.


It will be immensely helpful for club which have base. 


A clear reply from Scripters or mick would be appreciated.

If it is hard to script or it will make stress on script or it might create lag or any other problem. Please say so and i will happily take my suggestion back, Since it is of not much use only for club that owns base.

What about people who would abuse this functionality by driving the vehicle out of the base and using it without permission?

Never thought about that....

Is it possible that they could not take  vehicle out of the base ? They can just move the vehicle within the base boundaries.

Damn..Not a great suggestion as i thought....

I had this figured out before, if they drive the vehicle out of the base boundaries it auto ejects them, or theres a timer that once runs out they are removed from the vehicle
