Proof:
I was fining players around DLTD and the quarry, when this guy rammed me. I went down towards LS, and again he rammed me as i was trying to pass, but he failed and crashed himself.

I then decided to get some more proof so this fool can actually get dealt with. I drove following his friend who i knew he was following, and thus i got enough proof. His friend tried to DM me off video, but i got him reversing into me right after i started recording. As you can see, the chat matches with the first video and proves that it was the same moment and nothing was said by me to provoke.

But also want to point out that you are in the wrong here too. You had no reason to follow him, you only did so to gain more proof against him, you should not have done that. Dont forget idling as a cop.
