New Island

Hello Everyone,

I was planning on building a new island, however I don't know how to use MTA  so why not post it here and maybe let other people help me and let my dreams come ture.

The island I wanna create is just like the man-made island in Abu Dhabi "The Palm", I personally thinks It's a wonderful island to drive around and I guess it's gonna look stunning from a top view of the whole island. Lots of "leaf" or "arms" and full of houses and others.

Building a luxury county or island just for enjoyment (sunshine, race track, stunt place, etc) Just like the real Palm, few miles of straight highway and both sides full of beautiful hotels and Atlantic Waterpark.....

This is just my idea, my suggestions on adding or creating a new county. I tried to do this with the Best moderator on CT Stteve last year, however we didn't success due to technical problems. So hopefully our mappers can create this dream land for ME and for Convoy Trucking. (best moderator part come from myself)

Thanks for spending your time reading this, I hope this island can come alive. You know I don't mind joining the team to build JUST this island/project or test JUST this island/project (i know it might not happen, but you know sometimes things just happen so why not give it a try before banning my own idea)

I think Nikox is (still ) working on this island. Someone posted idea about making this island, I think Barney.

Lets wait for Nikox, he has done amazing work so far. Cant wait till its finished.

This project map is on the test server. Too bad its placed too low so the water floods it i hope he fixes it but its a lot of work

Managed to fix it today ( my brother made me script ) so water doesn't go over roads anymore

Yes, I'm still working on this project. It's not as easy as it seems to be, cuz the roads aren't straight but curved, so it's harder to fit objects. It also takes a lot of time which I don't have. I've made a lot of progress, but won't ulpoad new screens here. No idea when it's going to be finished ( if ever ) and if it's going to be uploaded to main server, cuz Mick needs to like it and we need his permission.

I know it takes a lot of time and to create something like this it will take more time. I didnt saw any progress so i thought you might have stoped working on it.
Anyway its epic and awesome!

Yeah,First you should talk with mick if he like it or not. If he doesnt like it its not worth spending hours on it.
If he wont add it, it will be waste of time..

Yes, I'm still working on this project. It's not as easy as it seems to be, cuz the roads aren't straight but curved, so it's harder to fit objects. It also takes a lot of time which I don't have. Dude who said I have to be a mapper in order to map stuff? I can't use MTA in my personal bases? I can't download it for myself? I can't get ideas from here and make it for myself?

Um dobby, Funny said she/he would try to do themselves, doesnt mean they have to be mapper.. let them try it and give their opinion/version on how to do it... there is another post but its not the same as this one because its a different idea about a different shaped island.. Let bunny make his/her version and compare it to Nikox's version..
