Forum related, i can unban him and i will do it if he was unfairly and wrongly banned.

IF Matt was the person that issued the ban, and he feels it was not worthy a ban. He could unban him. But it also means, if the unban is incorrect it will have consequenses for Matt. Since in this case i believe it was ok to unban, its not a big deal :)
