Reduce slots

If funding is a problem, lets start by how much? And one answer would be reducing to 60 slots. I believe lowering the slots wont only save you money but attract players because it looks better to be closer to full rather than epically empty

Lowering slots would also make people more willing to buy VIP to enter the server when all the player slots are taken.

even with 30 - 40 players onlin the lag its so intense that makes the server unplayble, suspects teleport, fines are impossible to get and unloading takes for ever, and you are screwed if you got a dst in a island.
