Updated as of 29/1/2014 (However, this rule will take effect on 1st February 2014):

   
• In regards to loaning money, administrators are no longer responsible for your loans or any money you give/loan out.
  The situations vary too much to keep a consistent punishment between them. If someone does not give the money you loaned to them back to you, that is no longer our issue. Sorry for any inconvenience

If this will rule will be implemented. Can scripters add it to server?
A blue line announcement:
"Administrators are no longer responsible for your loans or any money you give/loan out." 

Because not 100% of server players are checking forum how some of us do!And they don't know about this new rule.
I personally joined some cbs and I've told to some players.

Yes I agree with some sort of notification because not everyone checks the forum and people will be scammed out of money.

Thats what i would agree with, billboards arent seen by everyone, but the blue text is. The billboards we could add yes, but not as a first choice

There's already been a scam because of this .__. And I wanna punch the guy in the throat, I hate people like that -.- I'd take on the task myself to make sure people don't get scammed, but I can't do anything without administrator(s), this kind of thing just pisses me the hell off.

The recent scamming report has nothing to do with this rule. Just so you know, that only applies to loaning money, not tricking people into selling/buying a base for them.

How about a message displayed when u transfer money ?

I think it will stop players from getting scammed and will think twice before sending the money.

• If you loan someone money, they must specifically say they will pay it all back in a certain amount of time. Otherwise it is not scamming and we will not be sorting it out for you.
