Spawn camera disable choice

Hi guys, Rubbers bug report is a good reference:

I suggest that when you have the choice 'disabled', that the camera doesnt do its fancy GTAV thing.
Its a good feature, nice work, but it gives me a headache everytime i see it.

What do you think?

one option for full disable, second option to disable only animation.. it may be put within the GM script itself so it may not be able to fully disable everything, keep that in mind

if camera_animation = animation_enabled:          #Full animation is shown
    do animation
elif camera_animation = animation_disabled:      #Animation is shown as disabled option is used now
    do kill without animation
else:                                           #Normal GTA:SA kill animation is shown
    do normal kill

Basically disable the GTA:V animation onPlayerDeath (or whatever the function is)

I support this suggestion 100%. I thought about making a suggestion from the bug report but thought people would think it's stupid. Thanks for taking the initiative Sandman!
