What actually was happening:
First of all, Ethard isn't an insult of any kind, nor is it meant to be one. It is simply a changed name without any meaning at all, just like Vani,Shek or even Bren. Even though it did somehow insult you, there is no way it is worthy of a 20 days ban. Also, i would like you to show proof of my "continuous disrespect towards staff" since i know i didn't disrespect anyone, nor did i do anything that was breaking the server/forum rules.
Ethan, this is just another example of you misusing your power and failing to do your administrator duty correctly and fairly
