I believe it may have been previously suggested. but ive found its damn near impossible to arrest a good theif. (/loc Mr_police_officer, watch map, ect) so my suggestion is to my cops un locatable and off the map.

I thought about this too (because of more possibilities, for example hiding behind something with the police car and waiting for the speeders like in movies/real life), but I think it won't be made if it's even possible.
