Since Dobby didn't explain it pretty well, i will explain you why it got locked:
Your replies to the topics MUST BE useful to the topic and not just +1 or -1.
Please explain why you want it or why you don't want it to be added.
No sense replies will get deleted and eventually if spam continues the suggestion will get locked.

It's simple, follow the rules when you suggest something, and probably you will see it added. Meanwhile this gets locked as you never gave us a real reason why you want this to get added, and your mates kept spamming the topic with numbers and hands.
