Renewed LS beach pier / Added an Island

Since I got bored these day, this is what I've done. Renewed LS beach pier, I put a restaurant, car parking, added an Island with volcano on it, if you see a picture that surrounded with rocks, that is more like a pool, and that villa on the middle of the Island, it's like where you go if you want to rent a pier house. So the point is, I renewed the pier to make it look better and added a boat dock where you can go the Island.I know it's not really good map, but I did my best ;P
