its not, i remember seeing somebody drifting in a road train once (on another server). I'll even prove it carries into sa-mp if you like?

i even know who ur talking about, it was vani drifting through sf in a road train
but changing sp handling wont work in samp,
u need a modded exe and another handling file that is provided with the exe

No you don't. Since Vinny has never been on my (old) server.

In some servers of drift, can use handling hack, I don't like of drift and neither of hacks, which grace is playing and you is better than everyone with hack??

No,if you change the handling at Single Player,it just doesn't affect any thing,even at single player,i already tested it,the SAMP locks all def's (Handling,Carcols,etc) making impossible you have a edited .def working (on Single Player and SAMP) without a hack (.exe)
