kill your xfire and try again.. both uses d3d9.dll to inject the files to the game.. Conflict happens. xfire wins and kills the process

Just go to Xfire Options > Games > Choose SAMP at the list > Disable Xfire In-Game and it will not crash anymore even if you have Xfire open.
