Why the website map still doesn't have MC? Is there a technical reason or no time for that? I think it may confusing for new players.

Will be done in CT.dev, the current map is static, the new one will be based on the GPS map in-game so whenever the GPS map in-game is updated, the online map will update too.

going really offtopic now, but isn't it possible to make a synced map? So we can follow every trucker on the map? Just like how some Minecraft servers has?

That would require Mick to save player coordinates in database every few seconds or so, which will be resource-intensive if transactions are not used (if server is full at 100 slots = 100 separate INSERT SQL queries)
