Recent server upgrade/server issues.

The moderator duty will not be respected by players.
When i come online i just only have to get insulting kids apart with the result of getting reported at forum for abuse.
So basicly i come online to fuck up my mood, and not to relax and having fun.
And thats not only for me, thats for the most staff i speak. Thats also one of the reasons we are inactive.

Thats true, its one of the reasons why i don't play that much anymore, others are, lag, nothing to do, am basicly bored most of the time so i just go play something els.

I respect moderators that like to do their job as moderators I know you marcc. You're bored of the gamemode, so why are you still here?. You must still enjoy the gamemode a slight bit?

If you don't enjoy your job. Just resign already. It's not that hard. Yes, there's lag, and 3423523 other issues thats why i've started this topic. To try and get them sorted.

im on more often during the nights/weekends when I do have more fun time to play.. and yes, probably the most annoying thing is being a babysitter for people rather than me actually enjoying the gameplay.. granted accidents happen, trailers get stuck, etc.. but when you are on the 4/5 dst of fuel and someone is annoying you to get them out of the water because they suck at driving and you have no other option than to respawn them because they failed, I help by respawning someone and then they yell abuse or whatever the fuck, it makes you not even wanna get on without any other staff on

Helping the players that are nice, and respect admins for their work. Like a few times, i've driven through a tunnel and my trailers randomly decided to spazz out and go crazy. It's the tunnel going into LS. from Whetstone. You keep the server hacker free. Even if Smokey beats you the nub. It should also be an unofficial rule that players shouldn't shout admins names in main chat if == none == is online.

I see players sometimes kissing the admins backsides, and when it comes to not getting help, because the admins are busy helping somebody else (like 1 admin on). They go mad, and insult :S logic for you.

The next time you know somebodys gonna get promoted, check and note their mission fails.

Then check again 2 months after staff position. Then tell  the rookies that drive the staff members sacrifice. I don't get why the obvious "icantdriveimanoob" people don't get that staff have rights to enjoy the server too. There's a few places that have got me: The little bridges on the way to SF bridge from LV, the narrow ones. The tunnel going into LS from Whetstone, and i was driving on train tracks and i fell off the bridge my own foolish mistakes. I've even paid moderators/admins for helping me before. As a sign of respect/thanks. If i do ask for help. I like to show my appreciation, and send thanks if i fail or not.

That's why it should be an unofficial rule. Drive into the water. Don't ask admins/mods to help.
Just a quick /spec from admins, get their location. If its not a location where there's never usually any nub divers. Just tell them via admin message, that they should learn how to drive.

Do not interrupt admins; do not PM them for no good reason. If you have anything urgent to report, use /admin or /report. Otherwise use forum; Do not ask admins for favours or ask general server questions in /admin.

lol my stats:
1900+ truckloads total
2100+ failed missions xD

I'm sure before i became moderator it was like
1800 truckloads total
and 1000 failed missions

When you are moderator you can't complete like 50'/. of the missions you start..
player need to start seeing this, and when they fail their mission (meaning 60sec gone) it's usually also for us 60seconds..
But no they start insulting us in their own shit language.
or even worse they say we abuse and we have no idea where we abuse..

it's pretty easy talking shit to us when you fail to drive and fall into the water..

most of those childish insulters, never got and are never going to get the chance to be moderator in any server.
simply because they don't have any idea how hard and annoying the job can be..

it should stop, because i don't feel like i'm playing ct for fun anymore with those fucking childs we have here.

Only players like shake dobby cobus sardarji and many many other good people know what i mean..
and those people are also the friendly players ingame, which never ever blamed admins when we weren't in time.

That's why I wouldn't like being a mod. Tbh, I'd love to help people. But why do it if 90% of them would just rage at you because they suck at driving and then reversing to attach the trailer? You lose your own mission to help them, but they still rage.


People are selfish and they don't thank the others for helping you when they can, if they can. It just makes me sad watching mods/admins helping some players and just watching players rage like fuck because mods aren't perfect. Fuckin' hell, I just wish they grew up and understand they were there to help you, not to fuck it up more and they shouldn't rage.
