You mean a load place to start a fuel mission, In Flint county near SF airport is a fuel load.
If this is to far, park your truck/trailer in Las Venturas and spawn there with manual spawn than you are near 2 fuel loads, Bone County and KACC.

 I agree with you man (+1). I would like to see one in Los Santos and another in Sandus Key. It would help a lot people who live in Los Santos/Whetstone, or finish missions there. Although I know it has already been sugested multiple times and has never been implemented.

there was a fuel station in LS, but since WC was put in the refinery on low land island (or whatever) the one in LS was removed.. it wont be back either
