VIP-Ship

The server lagged so I thought I try to make something new:
It could be a club base or a place for VIP players.
It'll have a parking in the ship, rooms, areas in the ship bottom, and other rooms in the ship. Also I plan to make pool on the top and other things. The port will have a road to it from bayside. (The ramp to the ship is not made yet)
I jsut started it so only some base elements done and only one side of the ship is done.

Yes, there will a parking lot, a "basement" with big halls, and some other rooms in the main "building"(you can see this on some screenshots - red rooms) I will make stairs for the side platforms and other things.

NW from bayside, I wanted it to be hidden if it would be a VIP thing. I didn't make the port/road for it yet. I want to make a nice big port for it with other nice areas.

I don't know when I'll can work on this because I just got problems with my PC (PSU) and I have to wait ~2-3 weeks until I get a good PSU 

Story:
[spoiler]My PSU fan got noisy about 2days ago and I sent it back to the store, I'll have to wait 2-3 weeks until they analyze it. So until I get my/new PSU, I loan another PSU and that got broken now completely, so I'm using this old PSU (third PSU using in 3 days), but I don't want to play with this thing, cause it doesn't have too much performance... Unlucky days... [/spoiler]
