What mod are you talking about? the carspawner? The carspawner is NOT allowed. The car mods are allowed if it doesn't change handling or anything else players can see

As long as they don't lag for other players (you in the ground, sparks etc), give you some unfair advantage, then yes, they probably are allowed.

It might be a headache for admins/mods online, just ask them via /a to check if it's laggy for you or not and make sure you back up the original img file you have currently just incase.

You can use,cause Handling and another .cfg SAMP doesn't allow modification,so,if you modify one of them,SAMP keep original,yes,you can use any mod,you never will see any difference at handling
