Itll take too much of the server resources to find and search through 400 houses to find the ones in the place you search.
And some arent in detailed places, like some houses on the beach in Blueberry are in Red County....so it wont be 100% accurate anyway.
You can always turn on forsale houses in your map icons and go to the town you want.
