Recycle Bin (Sub-Forum)

I've seen a lot of locked topics (useless topics).
If you make an subforum with name "Recycle Bin" , you can move all that topics there , you block that subforum and hide , only staff player can see it.
Advantage: You keep the posts , and you don't need to delete the old topics , you only move them to that subforum.

Admins already have a Recycle Bin.
