Texture Problem (Slow Loading)

Hai there,I have some annoying problem(really pissing me off).
When im playing on samp(I dont play on Single), textures are loading slow, idk why. I don't have any mods, i've tried many stream fixes but i dont know why they doesn't work.
Im using Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64bit.

Please help me guys.

Extract & put all files into your GTA Directory ..

Don't use this Stream by AsiLoader it will crash your game,use the MemoryFix512 by cleo4,this is the best

For my samp I have some odd modification that downgrades my samp to 1.0 and prevents my iCEnhancer from putting my streaming memory to 128MB, so now it runs at 1546MB. It just gives me 4 files, 2 gtasa.exe's and a main.scm and script.ide. Idk if it will work for you, if you want I can give the link. (I will have to reupload as I have lost the original file link long ago)

Cleo doesn't work with everyone's samp, I've tried for endless hours to get Cleo to work with my samp and it won't, go into sp and everything loads perfectly

your gta3.img file is corrupted, you have to get a new one.

Cleo is shit.. i use a asi , doesn't get any errors. And it gives me a limit of 2100mb or 2.1GB, which is more than enough. But alot people don't like it, so yeah have fun with cleo

Cleo and asi loaders don't work for me, and I have US v1.0
