Make a rule for thief spot

Thief is a job what more people want to do. So make the same rule as cop if you nothing as cop you get kicked because you didnt reclass. I saw lot of thiefs doing nothing.

So my suggest is Thiefs doing nothing is Kickable.

i already kick for this, just let me know when you are online with /report and i will sure take actions on this.
Since Thief class is a limited class that alot of players wants to join, if someone is idling and not doing anything he should be kicked.
