why the hell are you complaining about cops? cops are cops . in real life they camp and others i dont know why you dislike this, thats the achievement ,you may know that a lot of players has done thief achievement and also jedi has over 3500 cars stolen

This. A thousand times, this. What mick says is true. Can't do the time, don't do the crime. Here's my saying on the matter:
(now i'm not too sure on how armored vans work but)

A securicar can only become "wanted" by a thief if there's a cop within -1m of the van. Then when the van becomes "wanted" do a check to see if it's close to unload or not, if it's too close to an unload when a theif jacks you. Sends a "printf" so it goes to logs. Not sure if it would work, ive been up all night k
