SAMP Freezing after Loading

Hello, i am a new player, so i tried to connect to this server, but after i loaded i froze
Chatlogs:
[14:39:49] {FFFFFF}SA-MP {B9C9BF}0.3x-R1-2 {FFFFFF}Started
[14:39:52] Connecting to 66.85.149.27:9500...
[14:39:53] Connected. Joining the game...
And there, i froze..
it has happened to me with another server, is there any way to fix this?

Try reinstalling SA and/or removing any mods.

Oh right, forgot to add things i've tried-
I -> Re-installed San Andreas.
Re-installed SAMP
Changed SAMP and San Andreas directory.
Did a clean install without mods
Cleaned Registry
Scanned PC for viruses
All i haven't done is reformating my pc, but then i need to have the drivers.

Fixed it!
After a technician came, he did something in the BIOS (Or something), he fixed it!
