Can Join Server, The server didnt respond, retrying

I can join the server in the game. It keeps saying the server didnt respond, retrying. I used to be able to play but now i cant for some reason. Please help because i want to play again

The servers not full, I'm on it. Have you got the correct samp version? Currently 0.3x, and the right IP?
