NPC ppl for taxi and limo

Hello,
I just want to suggest of adding some sorts of NPC people when you do taxi/limo
Like towtruck, if you can spawn NPC and they will enter your car, this would be cool
But, i will not suggest this for Bus, since that will require lots of NPC's

As always, suggestion means suggestion

I think he just want to actually bring somebody to the destinations, and not just cruising with an empty taxi to the unload points.
It would be good, but sadly it's not possible to make it nicely.

NPCs take server slots,
NPCs cause more lag..


thus, there server will not add slots just for these, and we do NOT need more lag than what we have now..
