Volt has had so much trouble in the past, i dont even bother anymore. I lost my faith in Volt especially when you have to wait fucking 24 hours to receive a reply from customer support. I know they only try to help us,  but their customer service is a joke, and i just am fed up with Volt.

They dont even bother trying to help out players like sandman, twido, dr_hax , joshy. Volt changed something and since then those players are not able to connect to the forum properly, volt responded by saying, it must be you bai thx...

I think we are spending a lot of money in Volt-Host WHILE you nesesita customer care and must wait 24 hours, I recommend to see spending on Volt can hire better dedicated and have a better quality and better customer service.

It is my opinion, nose angry by this but it is an opinion

They did, last month they more than tripled their staff and completely reorganized their management staff... That's why their average response time is down from 24 hrs to 2 hrs now... not a great response time but much better than before.

Yet this is only affecting CT, all other Volt hosted servers are fine.

I figure this is going to be another week or 2 down. Once I heard it went down I knew we wouldn't hear anything for atleast a day. At least an admin here made a topic saying we have no idea what's going on either.

If Barney does not know when it will open as can be 1 day to 1 almost what is volt-host is the worst host.

Seems like that whole samp is crashing now.. Most of servers are down.. As it have been said "Human is worst enemy of another Human"

If you really believe that Volt has a bad customer service, you never really had to do with ServerFFS.
They simply didn't shut down during a DDoS attack because nobody was really looking after the system.

matias, marvin aka drebin is right here, serverFFS was a total joke, i admit Volt has not been great either, but serverFFS had no support at all and didnt care much about their customers.
