I think it is worth sticking with names connected to the fact that it will be the island group, thus I would name the whole new area (or some part of it):

The Seven Seas County (since Wet County is taken )

Idea for another part:

Terra Firma (which, as I remember, in Latin means dry land as in opposition to water)

And another:

The Pirate Bay

Sticking to water-ish names, I would name the highway:

Delta Highway / Creek Higway / Briny Higway
or maybe something more... funny, like Davy Jones's Highway?
