I would name it North County, cause its on the north of the map.

The island on wich the airport is, is called County Airport, and the place whit villas(4+slots) will be called Richman

So we need the names for part 1, part 2 and the name for the highway.

and im sorry but isnt "County Airport" a little bit... boring?
