What club vehicles do we need to buy for DTU ?

It sounds hard but i just say it.
I have a little plan, maybe it could have lots of -1...
It would be cool (my opinion) if we have no cars of somebody have on the base. But only Company-Own cars. And people have to donate monthly to keep in the club and use the cars. And from the donations vehicle's will be bought to put on the base.
