SAMP not working again-.- too lazy to reinstall

Ok so I got the iCEnhancer and whenever I logged in I would get bugged and textures wouldn't show up, so I had the smart idea to go find another streamfix besides the one I have, and forgetting about past experience whenever a file used Vorbisfilehooked.dll it crashed my game, ok so I input my nocd crack, now it's missing a dll. I get the dll, extract it into my directory and I get this

a) this isn't server related, should be moved to GTA & SA-MP.
b) my streaming memory fix along with a few other files (like NoCD gta_sa)
c) that last error I think is caused by Streaming Memory Fix when it doesn't have enough RAM (?), not too sure but if I boot SA-MP up with 50% RAM usage it usually doesn't work.

Ok so like I said in my reply, your files didn't work and my gtasarecovery was unable to get me the restored root files, but I didn't replace any files besides the root ones:/ any other ideas? I've tried renaming, restoring the exe (I have the CD) and restoring all the dlls that I replaced recently

If you try ICEnhancer and your pc is not able to run it, use the uninstall option you have at your gta sa folder to delete the whole mod and get the game work as before.

Reinstalled, game ran, installed iCEnhancer, ran sp, worked, put in modded files, run sp-crach, rum mp, crash, uninstall iCEnhancer, run-crash, remove and restore modded files, run sp and mp-crash, gonna try reinstalling again to see if that does anything (Yes I have tried renaming my folder, I'm up to GTA San Andreas 10)

Then its a problem with one of your mods, icenhancer is not supposed to  launch if your pc doesnt support it. But you said it was launched when you had no mods in. Try to install your mods one by one till your game crashs, then you know which one is fucked.

I have all my mods on a gta3.img file I took out when I uninstalled.-. It's gonna take forever

Then dont install icenhancer .-. maybe one of your mods is messing with icenhancer
