Does Anyone Know How To Do PermissionsEX?

If any of you guys play minecraft and know how to edit the PermissionsEX files, I need your help! I am currently making a server and was wondering if any of you could help me with PermissionsEX. I for some reason cannot figure out how to do it. If you guys know how, PM me and I will give u the info. If you can do my permissions file, I will give you Admin on my server. Thanks!

Forge is an API, somewhat like Bukkit, but it allows full fledged mods, as well as plugins (which they are starting to support). Some of the most popular mods use the Forge API, like IC2, BC, RP2, Forestry, Railcraft and many more.
