Everywhere I have looked, I cant find any really good Speedometer mods that arent cleo.. question is: are there any speedometer mods out there that cant be seen by users but yet work with SAMP that are not cleos?
I would appreciate some help, and yes. I have looked at all the websites, searched google for every phrase imaginable and all of the ones I have found only seem to be single player or cleo compatible.

yes there is but its part of a camhack mod, heres a link to it if your interested and its allowed on cvt.

true, and you can edit the config file so that it is compatible with server rules

You can, but it dosent disable everything.

im not using s0bi3t here on this server(obvious reasons), cleo doesnt work.. Ill face the fact that there is nothing out there....  thank you all for your help

there is a speed-o-meter without cleo, but that comes with Cam hack!

I don't see why you wouldn't get cleo. I used to be apposed to it but now I love it! It is really easy to install and add mods. Way easier than trying to find a speedo mod that doesn't use CLEO. I also have a rediculously awesome aircraft instruments cleo mod...it is really realistic.

I can find cleo speedometers but in the 6-7 years Ive been playing SA Cleo has never been able to work for me

Then install THIS CLEO: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/47655252/cleo4.rar


Cleo will work 100%.
