One thing to improve club funds!

Are you talking by this situation:

*a car parked rightly,but a frustrated founder.."hmm..let's clamp this car for no reason..just to get funds"

That can be punishable.

a lot of players will clamp without reason.
and now when Ur truck is parked wrong spot or place the leaders send most of the time a warn to you,
but after Ur suggest the leader wont warn you before clamp
because he can use the money in funds..
