Removing some fence

Its kinda annoying when u need to damage the fence every time u want to drive out of the base.
So my suggestion is to remove this fence.

Is it even possible to remove default objects from the original map? (I just asking because those objects are being loaded from our local hard drive, not from the server, and I don't really understand how those default elements could be removed server-side.)
