Joining The server

Whenever the sever is full ( almost all time when i try to log-in ) i can't join cuz that 97/100 thing ... it keeps me reconnecting but still i cant log-in .. At that time ( When 97/100 players are online ) admins shud relog cuz they can join even if it is 99/100 ...

noone without VIP access can join with 96/100.. those extra four slots are reserved for VIP (paying contributors) and Staff members
