Bridge and pipes ll Construction ll

Hey, there are my 3 project in MTA.
In the moving platform in the water are an excavator placing the pipes.
The bridge is half and the other half is with irons.
The crane has a piece of bridge.

Sooo......many.....construction maps...lol I'm not a fan of construction maps or sites, but the theory behind this is cool. So what is the point? Are you building a bridge there? What happens when the bridge gets complete? Will the bridge stay there when it is complete? I don't really like the idea of adding another bridge across the river there, but it's an interesting idea.
