Uhh I don't know if this is a suggestion or are you trying to show off a map but I really think this is a suggestion.

i don't think that would work since wet county map is made on gangzones or smth like that also map mods are splitted in sections. the (radar1-1xx.txd) on the gta3.img file. if you don't do tht that won't be possible to add on at leats the normal cities but about wetcounty i think thats impossible. and btw this isn't a true "maps" mod your probably just changin the map textures so this is a mod lol.

but if your really trying to make a map mod for the convoy trucking more like to change textues for san andreas cuz your not a mapper n' stuff

to use that, you have to edit all 144 piees of the radar in your GTA3 img.. theres nothing that can be done server wide... theres also a interstae system mod that has those same things and from the looks of it you just copied that and added it in where WC starts
