Your server is online. On rare occasion servers go offline due to a larger DDoS attack or maintenance performed by us. In these cases, the server is offline and you will not be able to start it via the control panel. You can check if it is online via http://uptime.volt-host.com or by pinging your servers IP address via cmd.

Agreed, I rented a VPS, it was down for max 15 minutes because of a hard drive failure and I had 15 days extra. Volt barely tells its customers about stuff like this.

It has now been over 18hrs and they still haven't replied to it.
