Perhaps yes, but in the 2nd vid You see him getting out of the truck and trying to push him or sth.. at least he head intentions.

I was actually doing my job, and had arrested wanted players and fined players before this, then he said to me (on skype) that he was going up to The Big Ear in a sandstorm (so he couldnt see with the overdose mod) and he might need my help, if he fell, so as a good friend, I went to help him, and then straight after this video ends he said he didnt need me, so I went off and continued fining and arresting.
