Reskin Request - GTA-IV Noose Stockade to armored car company

Razor gave me this idea after he found it and is using it for his armored truck, can someone reskin this so it's a proper armored car company?

then Stick to the Liberty City Noose version, and not the inmate transport version..

I was working on this earlier before I got side tracked, anyways.. all I managed to do was replace the logo, and paint the windows all black... I do have a SWAT LAPD BEAR mod I was gonna use as securicar but it didnt come out right.. Ill probably work on it more tomorrow if you can wait... and yeah, give me the othe skin, Ill see what I can do.

the reason I cant do anything is because the file that needs to be edited is an alpha, so whenever I do edit it, it looks weird and I dont know how to edit alphas in the txds, sorry man
