This is my first project in MTA

I'm not asking to put this base in game, but I think it would be nice to make an base in Tierra Robada, especially for towtruckers

Only problem is that house is owned in-game.

A little crowded for my liking, maybe use SAMP to remove the tree?

not bad, but I could easily take a dumper and knock down the walls since those are the breakable kind

Not really. I tested it whit rhino and it didn't knocked down.
That's the only one which can be knock down
